Ancu Vets was founded in 1991 by Brian Jones. Brian qualified as a Veterinary Surgeon at University College Dublin (UCD). He worked as a vet in England and Australia before he returned to Ireland and opened a practice in Dundalk, Co. Louth. Since then Ancu Vets has expanded opening additional branches in Newry, Co. Down, and Finglas, Co. Dublin.

Ancu Vets is a small animal veterinary clinic. We are dedicated to the care and treatment of all pets in our care. We pride ourselves on our state-of-the-art facilities. We specialise in treating injuries in sports dogs and orthopaedics. . We also specialise in fertility and reproduction, concentrating on all aspects of veterinary reproduction including progesterone testing, semen evaluation, and preparation of chilled and frozen semen for storage and export.
